Away from the news
and politics of the day
I am outside
Where it's free for me to play
And conjure up
words to describe
The feeling of peace
Just from being here outside
Birds chirpin'
Wind is blowin' through the trees
It's so refreshin'
the feel of spring breeze
People are active
As they walk or run
pass my way
I am outside
On a beautiful spring day
